Update billing cycle
Move the next billing date of one or more subscriptions, for example to skip a month. billingCycleAnchor is the new date as a Unix timestamp in milliseconds, as a number or a string of digits; a value below 100000000000 is read as Unix seconds, and a date string is rejected. By default the subscription keeps its usual time of day and only the date moves: send midnight UTC of the target day. With timeOfDay: "exact" it bills at that exact instant, which must be in the future. A date before today is refused. The response has one result per id: success, failed with an error, or skipped with skipReason: not_found_or_trialing_or_canceled for an id that is not on your account, or a subscription that is trialing or canceled.
